Barcelona draw Chelsea in Champions League

After topping their group, in the Champions League, Barcelona were eager to see who the draw would pair them with today.
With the draw tilted in favour of the seeded teams, those that topped their groups, Barcelona were only able to play a team that finished second but not one from their own group or the same country, which narrowed the field down a bit.
As it turned out, Barcelona were, in the draw in Nyon, Switzerland, this morning, handed a two-legged tie against the 2012 winners and current English Premier League champions, Chelsea.
It`s not the first time our paths have crossed in the Champions League, Barcelona have usually held the upper hand but, last time out, it was Chelsea that progressed beating Barcelona in a semi-final which then saw them go on to beat Bayern Munich, on penalties, at the Allianz Arena.
The tie will also see two former Barcelona players, in the shape of Pedro and Fabregas, make a return to the Camp Nou.
The first-leg, in February, will see Barcelona visit London.
