Barcelona to Launch One Final Bid for Coutinho

Barcelona to Launch One Final Bid for Coutinho

Barcelona`s continued attempts, since the departure of Neymar Jnr, to sign the Brazilian forward, Philippe Coutinho, have met with failure.

The 25-year-old, who the media believe wants to come to the Camp Nou, is being held prisoner by Liverpool who are refusing to do business and simply respond to any Barcelona bid with a 'Not for Sale` mantra.

But, with the summer transfer window set to slam shut in just nine days, Barcelona are being resolute in their quest to sign the player and it is being reported by the English red-top, The Sun, the club are to launch one last bid.

Our referenced source is of the opinion that those behind the scenes at the Camp Nou are to further test Liverpool`s resolve by offering them a staggering £136 million for the player, with £100 million of that fee paid up front.

All we can do is to wait and see what Liverpool`s response will be this time around.

If it is a no, it surely must be time to look elsewhere before the transfer window slams shut.
