Spurs Won`t Sell Barca Target Even for £150 million
With only the Brazilian, Paulinho, added to the Barcelona squad, with the midfielder`s signing expected to be officially announced today, Barcelona still have a huge amount of cash left from the sale of Neymar Jnr, to Paris Saint-Germain, to invest.
Over the past week or so, several names have been put forward as possible acquisitions, some that might please the Barca support and others that might not.
One name that has featured and has subsequently graced our front-page, is that of the Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Delle Ali.
The 21-year-old, who started his career in English football with the MK Dons, has been a leading light in Tottenham Hotspur sustaining challenges for the English Premier League title in the last two consecutive seasons.
Luring Delle Ali to the Camp Nou would be a significant step in the regeneration of the Barcelona squad.
However, it doesn`t appear as if it is going to happen.
According to the popular English tabloid publication, The Sun, Tottenham are reluctant to part-company with their asset.
In fact the Tottenham Hotspur chairman, Daniel Levy, is stating that the player would not be sold even for £150 million.
Is that a sign of the times since the status quo relating to transfer fees was disturbed courtesy of the huge fee Paris Saint-Germain paid Barcelona for one Neymar Jnr?
