Are You in Favour of a Player Returning after He`s Left?

Just recently, media speculation linked Hector Bellerin with a return to the Camp Nou.

Only the fact that the English Premier League club, Arsenal, wouldn`t sell prevented Bellerin from joining Gerard Deulofeu as players who left the club but returned this summer.

In fact Barca now have three players on their books who have returned to the club after leaving, Deulofeu, Mboula and Eric Garcia.

Very few players get the chance to play for Barcelona and even less get the chance to leave and then make a return later down the line.

But returning to the club, having once left, is something that doesn`t sit right with our former captain Xavi Hernandez.

Xavi is of the opinion that once you`ve left Barcelona then that is it, there will be no return, remarking to the media, and reported by the news source, Eurosport,

'I would never sign a player who has left Barca.

'I haven't seen Bellerin play too much, but I will say one thing: it would be difficult for me to sign a player we already had. I would not like to participate in resigning players that left. At 16 or 17, why did they leave?

'I see it as baffling and I don't understand it. It surprises me greatly what they have done like Mboula and Eric GarcĂa. I would not bring them back in the future. That's my philosophy: you were here, you wanted to leave and now you don't return.'

Is it a view you share?

Should there be no going back?
